Strategic Plan
At its November 2024 meeting, the Athletics Auckland Board of Directors adopted a new Strategic Plan to guide the on-going development of athletics in the Auckland Region through to 2029.
Our vision is to “Enable, Empower and Inspire Athletics for All” in the Auckland Region and we have set ambitious goals as to where we want to take the sport. While we are sure there will be many twists and turns on our journey, we are excited for the future of our sport and the environment that we seek to create for all those involved in athletics.
Achieving these ambitions will involve us working together to make the most of our collective strength, enthusiasm, passion and love of the sport.
As a Board, we are excited for the future, and we look forward to taking the journey alongside you to achieve great things.
