Lisa Cross (42) won the Auckland senior 3000m title in a personal best of 9:46.75. This is four seconds shy of Mary O’Connor’s 1996 New Zealand Masters W40 record of 9:42.45.
James Reid headed in Redd Scampion in the men’s 3000m in 8:41.38.
Zach Saunders was again a cut above the rest in the sprints winning the 100m in 10.64.
Briana Irving 2019 national under 18 200m champion took out the women’s sprint double recording wind assisted times of 11.96 and 24.15.
